Hey all, Steve here with your latest Hump Day article. Let’s get to it people.

Deflategate

So we just got the report today that states that the Patriots did know about what happened with those footballs. The biggest part of the report is that Tom Brady was aware (although we don’t really know to what extent). It was exciting news for everyone outside of Foxborough, but we still are waiting for the punishment, which should come sooner rather than later. I haven’t had the chance to sift through the 243 page Wells Report, but I do know that Mr. Brady did not want to turn his phone over to investigators.

See that? I wouldn’t lie to you and my source is Mr. Adam Schefter. Schefter tells no tales. The bottom line here is that we have even more proof of this organization “bending the rules” whenever they have the opportunity. Let’s see what kind of “slap on the wrist” these guys get this time.

And absolutely nobody cares. Well, I guess the Yankee fans care. Well, like I said, nobody cares.

Clippers/Spurs Game 7

What an amazing game! It was clearly the sporting event of last Saturday night. The amount of lead changes in the game was just mind boggling. Chris Paul showed what a bad ass he is by playing with a gimpy leg and not only leading his team down the stretch, but hitting the game winning shot! What was with that horrible inbounds play to end the game by the Spurs though? At least try to get someone open for an open look at the basket instead of throwing it into traffic in the paint. I doubt we have seen the last of Duncan and the Spurs.

Pacquiao vs Mayweather

I didn’t know if I was watching a boxing match or dancing with the stars. What a disappointing fight and now we have come to find out that Pacquiao has a tear in his shoulder and will miss the next 9 to 12 months. It turns out it was an undisclosed injury and now he is being sued by all kinds of people. My question is, can I get my money back from Comcast because I watched a hugfest/dancing contest instead of the boxing match I paid for? Rematch? No, thank you.

That’s all I’ve got for this week, people. Talk to you all next week! If you have any suggestion send them to [email protected] or on Twitter – @SteveFaraceCST
