Movie Question Contest – 1/15/13

Share Button

Hey all – Steve here.

After a VERY successful Movie Question of the Week Contest last week (at least for Brad Pulley), we are ready for another one.

This week we will be giving away Taken 2 (including a T-shirt!) I bet you can’t wait to watch Liam Neeson use his particular set of skills again, right?

So, this week you will need to do 2 things:

1. Like us on Facebook!

2. Answer the Question

Without further delay – here is the question for this week!

Which is your favorite Liam Neeson movie and why?

Give your answer and get creative! Best answer as chosen by Scott and me will be picked as the winner on Saturday (1/19/13)

– Good luck people!

My favorite Liam Neeson movie has to be Schindler’s List. The scene at the end of the movie where he is talking to Ben Kingsley’s character did it for me. He spoke of how much more he could have done and how many more people he could have saved during such a devastating time in world history showed so much sincerity and humility. In a period where people were doing nothing to help others this man stepped up and showed what the human spirit was all about. It was a great film by Steven Spielberg but made greater by Liam Neeson’s performance…

I’m going to go a little more recent with my pick. I’m going with Taken. He was such a bad ass in that movie and nearly every line that he spoke sent shivers up my spine. He was vicious with some of his lines and comforting in others. Don’t want to have you sympathize with me, but I’ve hit a really rough patch in life, so really the only way for me to watch Taken 2 is to win it.

    • Hi Rachael! We are very happy to announce you as the winner of this weeks contest! Congrats! Please send us an email at [email protected] so we know where to send your copy of Taken 2!

Rafael and Christopher with a 0 – thanks for your comments and we hope to hear from you again during next weeks contest which starts on Tuesday night!

Hey ya’ll. First off I love the website! I look forward to your takes on movies each week. I have to go along with Rafael on this one. Liam was crazy good in Schindler’s List. The emotion that man put into his performance set him up in the industry for years to come. He is definitely one of my faves.
