Transformers: The Last Knight

The Transformers leap into action once more in this sequel from Paramount Pictures and director Michael Bay. ~ Jason Buchanan, Rovi

Steve’s Take

Look, nobody seems to care how bad these movies have become because of all of the money that they have made along the years. Let’s take a look at a very fancy chart I created:

Screen Shot 2017-06-20 at 8.53.12 PM

Can you see the nonsense that is going on throughout this series? The less people like it the more these things are making. What is going on? As I type this, The Last Knight is sitting at 16% on Rotten Tomatoes. If it continues at this rate, it will be the worst rated of them all and will make about $1.3 billion worldwide. Way to go people, way to go. Ralph, Gilberto and Jader will have reviews on this by the end of the week. Expect those reviews to be awful. Please for the love of all that is good in this world (I know, not that much) please don’t go see this one.

Next Week

That’s all for this week, people. Next week we have a Wednesday release in Baby Driver and a few traditional Friday releases – Despicable Me 3, Amityville: The Awakening and The House. Enjoy the rest of your week and the upcoming weekend and once again, please don’t go see Transformers: The Last Knight. I know you won’t listen to me, but I just have to say it. Don’t tell me you weren’t warned.
