Hey all – Steve here. Yes, I am a day late as I usually get these things posted on Sundays, but it was Oscar Sunday and between our critics lunch and the awards itself I just didn’t have the time. I don’t want to hear the complaints – let’s get to it.

1. Black Panther

Budget – $200 million

This Weekend – $65.7 million

Domestic Total – $501 million

Worldwide Total – $897.7 million

Not much more to say about this one. Blah, blah, blah.

2. Red Sparrow

Budget – $69 million

This Weekend – $17 million

Domestic Total – $17 million

Worldwide Total – $43.5 million

I have heard some decent things about Red Sparrow. I will try to check it out this week, but in the mean time Gilberto’s review will be up shortly. That’s the best I can offer you right now. You guys are so grumpy today.

3. Death Wish

Budget – $30 million

This Weekend – $13 million

Domestic Total – $13 million

Worldwide Total – $13 million

So far from what I have heard, this one is an infomercial for the NRA. As with all films, I will give it a shot. Let me know what you thought if you’ve already seen it.

4. Game Night

Budget – $37 million

This Weekend – $10.7 million

Domestic Total – $33.5 million

Worldwide Total – $49.5 million

Still love this one. If you are looking for some laughter, this is where to find it.

5. Peter Rabbit

Budget – $50 million

This Weekend – $10 million

Domestic Total – $84 million

Worldwide Total – $101.9 million

Rounding out the top 5 this week is the rascal rebel rabbit and you know what that really means? No more FIFTY SHADES. Nice!

Wrap-up

Another weekend in the books! Next weekend we have Gringo, The Hurricane Heist, Strangers: Prey at Night and A Wrinkle in Time! Looks like this list could look completely different next weekend with some fresh blood! Have a great week, people.
